4. Trade Testing

To assure foreign clients/principals with a highly qualified workforce, it is the policy of the company to require all applicants with the actual trade test to determine their qualifications. This is more so in the construction, maintenance, or highly technical labor force.

Passing the trade test is important as this is an actual tool that can more or less measure the capability and job experience of an OCW applicant.
