9. Pre-Departure Briefing Seminar
The company provides the Pre-Departure Briefing
Seminar to enable selected applicants to adjust
easily to the environment and culture of the destination
country. This will familiarize the OFWs with the
existing government laws of the country as well
as the country policies of the employer.
The seminar also includes the code of conduct of
Overseas Filipino Workers, employment agreement,
and other subjects necessary to make applicants
aware of their duties and responsibilities to the
host country and employer.
