JERZON Manpower and Trading, Inc. was established
primarily to enhance the aspiration of many Filipinos,
blessed with ingenuity, hardiness, and dedication,
for a better future through gainful foreign employment.
We take pride in being an instrumental part in the
attainment of this dream.
By providing our foreign clients with Filipinos
who have the skills and strong determination to
excel in their endeavors, we are able to ensure
meaningful and fruitful employment for our fellow
Filipinos while at the same time assisting foreign
employers in attaining their business goals.
 
It is our mission to be a responsible partner of
our government in the preservation of the integrity
of each and every Filipino who works abroad. We
act as a catalyst in the government's dream of a
better life for all Filipinos as envisioned in "Philippines
2000."
The company serves as a direct link between the
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families
through job-site supervision, and by being so we
ensure the peace of mind of both OFW and their families.
We strongly believe that: "A happy and contented
family at home serves as an inspiration to those
who are abroad." Our vision transcends beyond
the realm of entrepreneurship. We look at the family
as the fundamental structure of society.
Thus, our foreign partners will realize, that JERZON
Manpower and Trading, Inc. in providing them with
the best possible OFW, goes beyond the ordinary
in meeting their needs.
It is the policy of JERZON Manpower and Trading,
Inc. to deliver quality and timely service in meeting
the present and future requirements of its clients.
