1. Information Dissemination
Information dissemination takes the first step
in the recruitment process. This is a very important
process in order to inform the specific target workforce
needed by JERZON and its principals or foreign employers
who are the clients of the company.
 

It is the standard practice of the company to advertise
its needed workforce only in leading newspapers
in Metro Manila with a nationwide circulation. However,
in case the recruitment is made in the provinces,
JERZON advertises only in leading local newspapers
and radio stations.
