2. Briefing And Orientation
It is the policy of the company to require applicants
to attend a "Pre-Applying Briefng Session"
before the issuance and acceptance of the applicant's
individual application forms. This is to acquaint
them of the company's procedures and requirements.
This is also to provide the applicants with the
basic knowledge of the principal's or foreign hiring
company's business or personal profile as well as
the country's basic laws and labor policies.
Briefing orientations are scheduled daily or at
the time when the principal or representatives are
in JERZON to conduct their own personal interviews
or trade tests.
